What we repair
If it’s a phone, tablet, laptop or games console and it’s broken, bring it in. These are the jobs we do most.
Screens
Cracked glass, dead pixels, lines across the display or a screen that won’t respond to touch. Prices start from a good-quality replacement, and genuine screens are available too.
Batteries
If your phone dies at 40%, gets warm, or needs charging by lunchtime, a new battery makes it feel new again.
Charging ports
Loose cable, slow charging or no charging at all. Often it’s a worn or clogged port we can fix.
Water damage
Dropped it in the sink, the bath or a pint? Switch it off and bring it in as soon as you can. The sooner we clean it, the better the chance of saving it.
Cameras and back glass
Blurry photos, a cracked lens or a smashed back panel, replaced and tidy.
Speakers and microphones
Can’t hear them, or they can’t hear you. We’ll find the fault and fix it.
Laptops and computers

Do I need to book?
No. You can walk in during opening hours. Booking ahead just means we can have the right part ready for your phone.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the repair and whether we have the part in. When you book in we’ll tell you how long we expect it to take, and we’ll message you as soon as it’s ready.
What warranty do I get?
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on the parts and labour we supply. It doesn’t cover new damage, such as dropping the phone again.
Will I lose my data?
We don’t need to wipe your phone for most repairs, but we can’t guarantee your data stays safe during a repair, so please back up first if you can.
What’s the difference between the screen options?
Our listed screen prices start from a good-quality replacement. Original and genuine screens are also available for most phones, and their prices change, so please contact us for a live price.
Can you fix water damage?
Sometimes. Switch the phone off, don’t charge it, and bring it in quickly. We’ll look at it and tell you honestly what’s possible before you spend anything.

Yes. We repair laptops, computers and games consoles as well as phones. These are quoted individually, so tell us the model and the fault using the booking form, call us, or bring it in.
My laptop is loud and hot. Can you help?
Usually, yes. Dust builds up in the fans and vents and stops the laptop cooling itself. We offer laptop and fan cleaning. Call us for a price, or bring it in and we’ll take a look.
Is it worth repairing an older phone?
Often, yes. A new screen or battery costs far less than a new phone. If it isn’t worth fixing, we’ll tell you.
